Two days to go before we (Neil, Carolyn, and Ken)
leave for Latvia! The rest of the team arrives one day
later. Hopefully, that will give me time to prepare a
little surprise for them, and also to see that everything
is in order in our living quarters, and ready to go in our
classrooms.
The thing that we all need to remember is
to be FLEXIBLE – the big word for short
term missionaries. There are so many un -
knowns, and no matter how well we prepare,
there are always unpleasant surprises. God
loves to stretch us and mold us, and this is
one way that that happens.
Please pray that we will be good clay
in the Potter’s hands. Our desire is that
He makes something beautiful from this
ministry effort.
