Sunday!

Music With Janz Boys! The first two pics are from
the Wednesday night concert. Valdis Indrisonoks
did a great job.



Neil Preaching! Thursday was the first hot day we’ve had –
even the Texans agreed! But it was a good one.

It started out for Brenda with birthday decorations, cards,
a Latvian flower “tiara”, and later a cake. She received many
thoughtful little gifts from grateful students.

Today, some of the classes learned the song “Deep in the Heart
of Texas” – complete with costumes!



Molly Sharing!The students are becoming more
and more comfortable with us, so we had an excellent
turn-out for our line dance/Latvian dance evening.
A lot of young people took very energetic part, and
even some of the older ones kept up. Some of us made
pretty enthusiastic spectators!



Brenda Sharing Scriptures! It is hard to think
that tomorrow is our last day in the classroom.
Please pray that our lives and words will have
an impact in these last couple of days. Our landlady
has already commented that she has never seen
such a happy bunch – and we talk with each other
at meals!!!
