Thursday evening's "dance night" was very well
attended. Not only were line dances and Latvian
dances performed, but a little group of "musicians"
did an impromptu jam session. It was enjoyed by all.

We appreciate your prayers for him, his sister,
our landlady Rudita, and others who have heard
about Jesus. Thanks for journeying with us.

In the evening, many of the students arrived at
the missionaries' home for a BBQ. They were invited
to join us for a "church service/Bible study" at our
guest house on Sunday morning, so please pray that
some will come.
In the evening, a couple of the teachers were able to
give their testimonies for Krisjanis, our young translator
who does not know the Lord. He says he has never heard
all this "stuff" before, but it sound "crazy good"!

Friday -the final day of classes. The teaching day ended with a celebration,
in which each class performed something that show-cased their English. The
presentations were totally creative, fun, and humorous. Everyone received a
certificate, with hugs all around.
